We stayed a week in Venice and had many amazing meals, but this restaurant was by far our best experience. The food was absolutely incredible, the atmosphere was intimate and wonderful, and the unique wine pairings with each dish were excellent. Our experience was made perfect thanks to chef Leonardo. We had the three course dinner and everything he prepared tasted so incredible. Leonardo made sure we loved everything we ate and he and the rest of the staff were so friendly. We began talking with him and not only is he a very skilled chef, he also is a highly talented artist. He showed us some of his photographs and is definitely a highly talented artist in the kitchen and with the camera. If you are taking a trip to Venice, you MUST make time for dinner at CoVino and experience Leonardo’s skills firsthand! 10/10
Really lovely experience. We did the chefs tasting menu and left very very satiated. We love their use of local and organic ingredients and wine as well.

An authentic jewel (in a city where it’s easy to fall back on the touristy places). We stumbled upon this hole in the wall without a reservation, and we got very lucky bc of a no-show. Friendly small staff that give you a very personalized experience, with a tiny open kitchen where I watched the chef prepare everything with care and skill. Unique natural wines, and a “surprise” chefs-choice option for the menu. Will always recommend CoVino! (Gluten free options, yes!)
I had a great experience dining here. They were able to accommodate me an hour earlier than my reservation time as it was raining and my arrival to Venice was earlier than expected which was much appreciated. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was very intimate. I had the Ravioli and Scallop dishes along with the wine pairing. Chef Andrea's father was also there which made for a magical dining experience. All in all, it was a memorable dinner and I am grateful I got to dine here.
Great service and experience. I will say the meals lacked something extra. Our favorite dish was the baked pasta and the first bite they gave at the beginning which was very simple but tasty. Excellent wine choices.
Exceptionally good food in a small restaurant format so reservation is essential. A rare find in a touristy place like Venice.
